- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology with IT services.
- Understanding of service management principles, and frameworks (such as ITIL).
- Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management technology solutions, products (such as Cloud, Network, Monitoring, Windows, Linux, Unix, Database, Application, Backup, Desktop, Service Desk) their maintenance and operations;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
