Those who decide to do internship in Skaylink will be given an amazing opportunity to see how the everyday life of IT professional looks in practice. From breaking and fixing the computers to understand key components of any computing, storage or network devices, to performing basic setup of PCs, workstations or servers.
Once you are ready, you will even shadow remote and on-site support engineers to learn interaction with real clients.

Where are the system administrator jobs located?
We have offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. Work is split between client sites, the office and remote support.
Do I need a degree or certifications to apply?
No. We value character and skills more than diplomas. You earn certifications as you progress – at least one at the system administrator and Technical Account Manager stages.
Is there an IT internship for students?
Yes. University and college students learn hands-on with storage, networks, servers and device builds, and can later join the onsite or remote engineer team.
How can I grow from IT engineer to system administrator or architect?
The path goes from onsite or remote engineer to system administrator and Technical Account Manager. With deep expertise you can move on to the cloud architect path.
What is the working language?
In Lithuania we work with clients in Lithuanian and English. With colleagues from other Skaylink Group and Vodafone Group companies we speak English.
