Start your AI transformation with 5 problems worth solving
We find them together with your department heads, price each fix and estimate its return, then build it into your systems and keep looking after it.

Part of Vodafone Group, 20 years in LithuaniaWhat managers tell us about AI before we start
“Everyone talks about AI, and I can no longer tell what is real and what is just noise.”
“Every AI proposal cost from €10,000 to more than €100,000.”
“Every change takes a year, because fixing one part breaks another.”
We suggest starting with 5 specific problems, pricing each fix and solving them one at a time.

How much does routine work cost you, and how much could AI save?
AI licences look expensive until you compare them with the time your staff spend on purely technical work. Enter your numbers – the calculator shows what routine work costs now and how much time and money AI could free up.
That is where an AI project starts today. A few years ago the same change cost from €10,000, often more than €100,000, and results took a year or longer. Prices exclude VAT.
In October 2026, one of the largest banks operating in Lithuania announced it would cut about 500 jobs across its group, about 100 of them in the Baltic states. The bank makes no secret of it: investment in IT, data and automation lets it work with fewer people, and as artificial intelligence improves, more changes may follow. Routine work is being taken over by well-built, well-tested solutions running in the company’s secure infrastructure. It pays to prepare now.
LRT, 28 October 2026Prices and results are indicative: we work out the exact price and return for each task during discovery. We calculate in indicative ranges: AI takes over 30–50% of routine time, external services fall by 20–40%, a licence costs €25–35 per user per month, the implementation project €1 000–10 000, and a year has 1 760 working hours. Savings start after a 3-month roll-out, licences are paid from day one.
You work with the same team from the first meeting to AI your employees use every day
We find and assess the problems
We list the tasks worth handing over to AI and note the expected return for each.
We build the solution into your systems
We build on the private Moterra platform when data must stay in your company, and otherwise use Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot. We prepare a key user in every team.
We maintain and improve the solution
Your assigned specialists look after the solution, respond within the agreed time and send every new problem straight back into development.
Tell us which task takes up most of your team’s time
We read every message and reply within one business day with what AI could do about it.
How long each of the 4 stages to an AI‑native organization takes
Employees get AI tools and learn to use them safely.
Every task starts with an AI draft, and people step in where AI falls short.
Processes are redesigned so that AI does the first pass in customer service, finance, HR and legal.
AI agents plan and carry out multi-step tasks while people supervise and approve them.
We recommend this path: prepare your team first, as it costs the least, then pick 1 problem process, launch 1 pilot agent, measure the results against your goals and apply it to the next process.

In each of your teams we prepare a key user who tells us when something breaks. We manage users, apps and platforms, keep the documentation up to date, respond to incidents and resolve them within the agreed SLA, and turn every new problem into the next project. As the solution grows, we add monitoring and reporting.

Answers to the questions leaders ask before they start
How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on the task, so during discovery we prepare a business case with a price and expected return for each task to help you decide. Discovery is billed on time and resources, implementation as a platform fee plus the work, and ongoing support as a monthly fee, on time spent, or both. Also allow for data preparation, security and legal review, staff learning time and monitoring.
Do we need to buy an AI platform first?
No. First we find the problems worth solving and work out what each would cost. Then we choose the platform for the task: the private Moterra platform when data must stay inside your company, or Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot, which you may already use.
How do you protect our company data?
When data must stay inside your company, we build the solution on the private Moterra platform on AWS. Otherwise we use business editions – Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot – and configure access to match your security rules.
When will we see results?
The first working result usually arrives within a few weeks. A proof of concept shows results before the solution is rolled out across the company, and we check the targets every month.
Our staff worry that AI will replace them. What do you do about it?
We train every team and prepare a key user in each one. AI takes over repetitive work, such as writing the first draft, and people step in where their judgement is needed.
