Application and infrastructure monitoring
Metrics, logs and tracing in one place – from container to user.
Alerts and escalation
Only meaningful alerts, with clear ownership and escalation.
CI/CD maintenance
Pipeline updates, speed-ups and troubleshooting.
Reliability targets (SLOs)
Together we define the availability and speed the business needs, and track them.
Centralized logging
All logs in one place – faster troubleshooting and audits.
Reports and improvements
We regularly review incidents and suggest improvements.
DevOps Operations and Monitoring
When an application consists of many services, containers and cloud resources, it is hard to understand why the system slows down or where an error happened without good observability.
DevOps operations and monitoring bring metrics, logs and tracing together into one view. We set reliability targets (SLOs), alerts and escalation procedures, and our engineers look after your CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
We use the tools you already have or choose the right ones: Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana, Azure Monitor, Amazon CloudWatch.
Why invest in professional monitoring?
See how your systems perform and respond before users notice anything.
We see problems earlier
Issues are spotted before your customers notice them.
Faster troubleshooting
All data in one place shortens the time to find the cause.
Clear metrics
You know how your systems perform and can show it to management.
How we set up DevOps monitoring
A clear process with no surprises: at every stage you know what is being done, who is responsible and when to expect results.
Assessment
We review your systems, existing tools and key business functions.
Monitoring setup
We configure metrics, logs, tracing and alerts.
Operations
We monitor systems, respond to alerts and maintain CI/CD.
Improvement
We regularly review incidents and reduce their number.
Skaylink Group experience
The Skaylink Group in Germany applies site reliability engineering (SRE) practices and provides DevOps orchestration and operations services for the systems of large European enterprises.
In Lithuania your systems are monitored and operated by the local Skaylink DevOps team.
What to know before you start
Answers to the questions DevOps and development teams ask us most often.
01Which monitoring tools do you use?
We work with Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana, Azure Monitor and Amazon CloudWatch. If you already have tools, we use them.
02What is an SLO?
An SLO (Service Level Objective) is a reliability target, for example how much of the time a system must be available or how fast it must respond. It helps agree on what really matters to the business.
03Do you monitor Kubernetes environments?
Yes. We monitor Kubernetes clusters, containers and the applications running on them.
04Can you just set up monitoring and let us run it?
Yes. We can set up monitoring and train your team, or take over day-to-day operations.
05Is monitoring 24/7?
Alerts are captured around the clock, and response times are agreed in the contract based on how critical each system is.
Related services
Often ordered together – one team, one contract.
