01

Asset inventory

We build a list of servers, workplaces, network devices and Cloud resources.

02

Internal and external scanning

Regular automated scans on an agreed schedule.

03

Risk-based priorities

Rating by CVSS and by the system’s importance to the business.

04

Remediation plan

Specific tasks, owners and deadlines.

05

Patch management

Operating system and application updates as part of a managed service.

06

We confirm that gaps are closed and provide regular reports.

Overview

Vulnerability management

Tens of thousands of new vulnerabilities are published every year, and attackers often exploit them within days of disclosure. A one-off check is out of date within a month.

Vulnerability management is a continuous process: we regularly scan internal and external infrastructure, workplaces, servers and Cloud environments, rate findings by CVSS and by how important the system is to your business, and prepare a remediation plan with deadlines.

We can fix the vulnerabilities ourselves – applying updates and configuration changes as part of a managed service – or hand clear tasks to your IT team. A repeat scan confirms the gap is closed. NIS2 requires vulnerability handling, so the reports also serve as compliance evidence.

Why it matters

01

Gaps closed faster

You see new risks right away, not at the next audit.

02

NIS2 compliance

A documented vulnerability handling process for auditors.

03

Less noise

Focus on critical vulnerabilities, not thousands of minor alerts.

How we work

How does vulnerability management work?

A clear process with no surprises: at every stage you know what is being done, who is responsible and when to expect results.

Discuss your situation

Scope and inventory

Together we define which systems and environments to scan.

First scan

We run internal and external scans and show the current state.

Priorities and plan

We rank vulnerabilities by risk and build a remediation plan with deadlines.

Fix and verify

We fix the gaps ourselves or with your IT team, and a repeat scan confirms the result.

Continuous cycle

Scans repeat on schedule, and reports show how risk goes down.

FAQ

Questions our clients ask

How is vulnerability management different from penetration testing?

Vulnerability management is a continuous, automated process of finding and fixing gaps, while penetration testing is a periodic manual attempt to exploit them. They complement each other.

How often do you scan?

On an agreed schedule – usually weekly or monthly, and more often for critical systems.

Will scanning disrupt our systems?

No. We plan scans with you and align them with working hours so critical systems are not overloaded.

Do you fix the vulnerabilities yourselves?

Yes. We can apply updates and configuration changes as part of a managed service or hand clear tasks to your IT team.

Does it help with NIS2 compliance?

Yes. NIS2 requires vulnerability handling, and a documented process with reports serves as compliance evidence.
