Showrooms and retail chains

Tills, cameras, background music and one standard across every store.

Hotels and restaurants

Wi-Fi in every room, key cards, public address and evacuation systems.

Warehouses and logistics centres

Perimeter protection, fibre across large sites, CCTV and monitoring.

Manufacturing and industry

Automation, IoT sensors and process metrics monitoring.

Transport and energy

Remote real-time monitoring of equipment condition and metrics.

Banks and self-service

Infrastructure for ATMs and self-service points built to the strictest requirements.

Contractors and developers

Low-voltage subcontracting and IT infrastructure design to your schedule.

Who does what

BTT Engineering installs the infrastructure, Skaylink brings it to life and keeps everything running

BTT Engineering: low-voltage design

Skaylink: network, Wi-Fi and firewall plan

Physical infrastructure and IT are planned together – from cable routes to network segments.

BTT Engineering: cabling, CCTV, access control

Skaylink: network, workplaces and hardware

Once the physical layer is in place, Skaylink configures the network, computers, Microsoft 365 and access rights.

BTT Engineering: commissioning and as-built documentation

Skaylink: security and 24/7 support

Everything works from day one, and one contact looks after the whole infrastructure from then on.

Why us

Trusted by banks and major construction contractors

Every year BTT Engineering installs around 200 CCTV systems, 100 access control systems, 150 fire alarm systems, 100 IT infrastructure solutions and 40 electrical installation projects.

Full cycle, one partner

Design, installation, go-live and support – no need to coordinate an electrician, an installer and an IT company.

Remote management

Camera feeds, access rights and event alerts on your phone or computer, wherever you are.

Standards-based, with warranty

Cabling to international standards, test reports, as-built documentation and a warranty on the work.

Built around your opening date

Cabling, internet and workplaces prepared on one schedule – the site opens on time.

Proven on the most demanding sites

Bank self-service infrastructure and projects with major construction contractors.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about low-voltage systems

Do you work as a subcontractor to the main contractor’s schedule?

Yes. We adapt to the construction phases and work from the existing design or prepare our own.

What do I receive when the work is finished?

As-built documentation, diagrams, cable test reports, an equipment list and access to the systems.

Do you maintain systems installed by others?

Yes. After a survey we assess their condition and propose a maintenance plan.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the site and the systems required. After a free survey we provide an estimate.

How does CCTV comply with GDPR?

We help plan camera positions, retention periods and access rights; your company remains the data controller.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. The warranty covers the work performed and the installed equipment; terms are set out in the contract.

Can the systems be managed remotely?

Yes. You can see camera feeds, access rights and alerts on your phone or computer, with access configured securely by Skaylink.

We have a quote from another supplier. Can you review it?

Yes. We review the design and estimate, assess the solutions and propose an alternative – often cheaper or more reliable.

Do you work with industrial sites and IoT?

Yes. We deliver automation and metrics monitoring for transport, logistics, energy and manufacturing companies – from sensors to the data platform.
